Baby Loss Awareness

Baby Loss. A significant life event experienced by so many people but so often ignored, not spoken of, not recognised. And yet we know our Creator God creates every new life from its tiny beginnings and cares for all of creation. Territorial Envoy, Alice Swain believes the church is beautifully placed to support bereaved families and shares resources to support a ‘Baby Loss Service’ to enable people to come to remember and commemorate those much-loved and so-missed little lives.

Baby Loss Awareness Week in October provides a special time in the calendar to focus on the experience of Baby Loss, but these resources can be used at any time to create a special space to care for those bereaved of their babies and to reassure them they are not alone.
