Major Graham Barratt
- Present appointment: Safe Mission Advisor, Business Administration Service.
- New appointment: Corps Officer, Gawthorpe (pro tem), Yorkshire and Humber Division, effective: 14/12/2023.
Captain John Clifton
- Present appointment: Corps Officer, Blackpool, North West and Isle of Man Division.
- Additional appointment: Justice and Reconciliation Officer (one day a week), Communications Service, effective: 18/01/2024.
Captain Daniel Holland
- Present appointment: Homelessness Service Department Regional Manager (London), Mission Service.
- New appointment: Head of Integrated Mission, Homelessness Service Department, Mission Service, effective: 02/05/2024.
Lieutenant Amanda Whitcombe
- Present appointment: North Devon, South West.
- New appointment: Corps Officer, Lincoln, East Midlands Division, effective: 22/02/2024.
