What is a digital Sabbath?

A digital Sabbath is an invitation to unplug from any unhelpful digital noise and intentionally review any habits, to help us go deeper in our relationship with God. It doesn’t necessarily mean complete withdrawal from digital spaces or technology, but embracing a rhythm focused on rest, presence and discipleship.
