International Appointments Bulletin: 31 July 2025

Chief of the Staff Commissioner Edward Hill shares the latest appointments bulletin from International Headquarters.

It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and agreed by the General.

Effective 1 September 2025

Colonels Samuel and Theresa Baah, officers of the Ghana Territory, currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Malawi Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders in the Kenya East Territory; Colonel Samuel Baah as Territorial Commander and Colonel Theresa Baah as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. 

They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner; Colonel Samuel Baah on 1 September 2025, and Colonel Theresa Baah on 2 September 2025. They will succeed Commissioners Daniel and Anne Kiama, currently on a leave of absence. 

Lieut-Colonel Onai Jera, an officer of the Zimbabwe & Botswana Territory, currently serving as Chief Secretary, Malawi Territory, will continue to give oversight to the Malawi Territory until new leadership is appointed.

Effective 1 December 2025

Lieut-Colonel Ireen Hacamba, an officer of the Zambia Territory, currently serving as Chief Secretary in that territory, is appointed as Chief Secretary, Ghana Territory. She will succeed Lieut-Colonel Simon Mbuthu, who, along with Lieut-Colonel Zipporah Mbuthu, will enter retirement on 31 November 2025.

Lieut-Colonels Shawn and Brenda Critch, officers of the Canada and Bermuda Territory, currently serving respectively as Secretary for Business Administration and Spiritual Life Development Secretary / Mission Support / Emergency Officer, Zambia Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Spiritual Life Development, Zambia Territory.
