Website improvements: We need your help again!

Salvationist Website Manager Tim Davis invites users to take part in the second and final phase of our user testing to improve the navigation of the Salvationist website.

In 2024, we carried out a survey to better understand the needs of our users, and we were grateful to receive a whole army of responses! A common theme among feedback was the need to improve the main menu and navigation of the website.

Since joining the team in September, I have been working with our web agency to address this issue. In January, many of you took part in the first phase of our user testing which gave us valuable insights. To those of you who took part, thank you.

Now, I would like to invite you to take part in phase two of the testing, a completely different exercise which will help us as we aim to make salvationist.org.uk the best website for you. Even if you took part in January, we would really appreciate your help.

Please visit salvationist.org.uk/feedback to answer a few questions and complete a short exercise that involves finding certain sections on the website. The survey closes on 13 March. It will only take a few minutes of your time.

We want to ensure that salvationist.org.uk continues to serve as a place where users can explore faith and belonging with The Salvation Army. Your input will directly shape the future of the website.
