Join a panel of digital and communications specialists from across The Salvation Army for an interactive discussion on AI – its opportunities, challenges and practical applications for mission and ministry.

The session will then open into an Ask the Experts Q&A, where attendees can explore a range of digital, technology and communications topics through questions submitted in advance and live on the day.

The morning session was an opportunity to hear about the Army’s first Digital Roadmap, a territorial strategy for how digital can support the mission of The Salvation Army.

Peter Jacobs (Interim Head of Digital, Maternity Cover) discussed the five pillars of the roadmap, which are rooted in faith, frontline mission, engagement with our external audiences and innovation.

Attendees were invited to ask questions and reflect on how the Digital Roadmap could inspire or support their context.

In this session, we dived into how web, email, and social media channels can be used to strengthen community services, support discipleship and evangelism, improve communication and amplify impact on the frontline.
