Get ready to connect with like-minded individuals, share innovative ideas, and explore the possibilities. This gathering is designed to foster collaboration, spark creativity and empower you to make a difference in your communities.
Ten years ago, 23 pioneers gathered in Swanwick for First Steps in Pioneering. As we look back and see how The Salvation Army’s understanding, practise and theory of pioneering has progressed across the territory and further afield in Europe, we are truly astounded by the goodness and faithfulness of God and the people he continues to call.
The weekend will not be led from the front, rather we will engage in peer-to-peer learning. We hope that you will share experiences and ask questions of one another.
