Kids Alive! Christmas Card Competition 2026

The competition closes on Friday 27 November.

Send your card design, full name, age, address and parent’s or carer’s email address to:

Please don’t fold your design and make sure you send it in an A4 envelope. 

You can also enter by emailing your design to kidsalive@salvationarmy.org.uk, but please make sure it’s a good quality scan or photo.

There’s no fee to enter the competition.

Feel free to get as creative as you like – that includes glitter and sequins! All we ask is please don’t fold your design and make sure you send it in an A4 envelope. If you email your design, make sure it’s a good quality scan or photo and that none of the design is cropped out.

The overall winner will receive £150-worth of prizes from Stabilo. The winning design will also feature on the cover of the 12 December issue of Kids Alive! and it will be added to The Salvation Army’s card collection on the Don’t Send Me A Card website.

Four runners-up will also win a year’s subscription to Kids Alive! (usually costs £51) and be featured in the 12 December issue of Kids Alive! magazine.

There are no age categories for this year’s competition – we welcome entries from anyone aged 16 and under.

Absolutely! We’d love for schools to get involved. Your school or class can send all entries in together, but please ensure all individual designs include the pupil's name, age and a parent, carer or school contact name and email address.

By submitting a card design, please understand that if selected as a winner The Salvation Army will have ownership of the design and may use it in various promotional materials.
