Building bridges to peace
Praying for hope, healing and unity
In a world rife with division and fear, our call is to consider how we can build bridges toward understanding, unity and peace.
As followers of Christ, we are called to be peacemakers. This begins with prayer for peace in our world, in our communities, and in our own hearts. Building peace also means listening before speaking, seeking understanding where there is disagreement, and responding with compassion rather than fear.
Take some time to reflect on what it means to live out our mission priority to seek justice and reconciliation, and consider how each of us can bring hope, healing and unity to a divided world.
