Racial Inclusion Working Group

Delegates talk at Riverbank 2022
The Racial Inclusion Working Group exists to help The Salvation Army celebrate and embrace ethnic and cultural diversity amongst our members, volunteers, employees, service users and officers.

We are committed to inclusion because people of all racial, ethnic and cultural groups should be welcomed, valued, respected and treated with dignity – racism in all its forms is contrary to God’s nature and will.

The group includes representatives from all areas of The Salvation Army and people from diverse ethnic backgrounds
