How much are tickets?

Under-18s: £5 Friday evening Free Saturday and Sunday Adults 18+: £11 Friday evening £11 Saturday £11 Sunday morning £11 Sunday afternoon If you buy tickets for Sunday morning and afternoon, the cost will be £20 instead of £22. Booking fees apply to all bookings.

How do I book a ticket?

Booking online Visit ticketsource.co.uk/salvationarmyevents. Select the day you would like to attend – click ‘next’. Select the seating area you would like and, at the bottom of the page, select the number of tickets – click ‘next’. Select the seats you would like to book – click ‘next’. At this stage, either complete your booking by entering your payment details or select ‘continue shopping’, which will hold the tickets and allow you to select tickets for another day. Will tickets be numbered?

Can I make a group booking?

You can book for up to 20 people at a time for Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the ICC Birmingham. For additional tickets, you will need to complete a separate booking.

Can I get a refund if I no longer need my ticket?

If you’ve booked tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the ICC Birmingham but are no longer able to attend, you can request a refund via TicketSource – please see booking confirmation for further information. Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive a notification once your refund has been approved. The booking refund period will close two weeks before the event.

Are the venues accessible for my needs?

Will there be British Sign Language?

The main sessions in the auditorium (Hall 1) at the ICC Birmingham on Saturday and Sunday will be signed.

Is there a quiet area for people who are neurodivergent?

There will be a dedicated space at the ICC Birmingham for people of any age who are neurodivergent and need a relaxed space over the weekend. Our Here to Help team will be happy to direct you on arrival.

Will my photograph be taken during the event?

Sessions in the main auditorium (Hall 1) will be filmed and recorded for Salvation Army archive. There will also be an official photographer capturing photos throughout the event. If you do not wish to appear or have your image used, please contact events@salvationarmy.org.uk.

How do I get to Birmingham?

By car Birmingham is close to the M6, M5 and M42, with multiple car parks near the venues. The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, the ICC and nearby car parks are within Birmingham’s clean air zone. Daily charges apply to vehicles entering the zone that do not meet emissions standards. Visit the Birmingham city council website for more information about Birmingham’s clean air zone and to check if you will need to pay. By train There are three central railway stations in Birmingham: New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill. All stations are within a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and the ICC.

The closest car parks are the Utilita Arena Birmingham car parks (King Edward’s Road, B1 2AA). Mobile payments can be made upon arrival via parkjockey.com/pay, quoting location code 5020. There are food outlets throughout the ICC building, including Starbucks and Subway. What are the timings for the weekend?

Friday at the ICC: The concert will start at 7.45pm, with doors opening at 7pm. Saturday at the ICC: There will be programmed activities during the day, with timings to be confirmed. The evening session will start at 6.30pm and end at approximately 8pm. Sunday at the ICC: The morning session, which will include the Commissioning of the Keepers of the Covenant, will start at 10.30am. The afternoon session will start at 3pm and end at approximately 5pm.

Are there prayer activities?

A prayer team will be available across the ICC on Saturday and Sunday, offering opportunities to pray with you and for you.

Is there an event specifically for children or youth?

The whole weekend is suitable for all ages, with the Children and Youth Department and other teams leading engaging activities within the main sessions and around the venue. Children aged 5–11 can also enjoy a fun and active session on Saturday afternoon, exploring the weekend's theme whilst parents and carers attend other activities. Timings for the children's programme will be available soon.

How do I book my child into the children’s programme on Saturday?

When you book your tickets for the weekend, you will also be sent a booking link for the children’s venue. You will then need to fill in the online form to book your child into the programme.

Do I need a ticket for my child to attend Together?

Yes, you will need to add a child ticket to your basket when buying your tickets (see booking information above). A ticket is needed to allocate a seat in the auditorium. Under-18s can attend the Friday concert for £5 and the rest of the weekend for free. Children’s tickets for Saturday and Sunday give access to all main sessions in the auditorium.

Is there any provision for preschool children?

Children of preschool age will be allocated a seat in the auditorium (Hall 1) at the time of booking. During the main sessions at the ICC, there will be a breakout space outside the auditorium within Hall 3 for younger children under the supervision of parents and carers. More information to follow.
